The word ‘aspect’ is connected to what can be seen from a particular position. This new dwelling, with its shifting, intersecting angles provides a dynamic form, allowing for options of both prospect and retreat for its occupants. The pivot points of the design where the lower and upper levels intersect make the building dominate or recede, depending upon the occupant’s aspect.
