The design outcome for this project is a direct formal response to the opposing site requirements of security and privacy vs obtaining light and ventilation. The unique inner city site presented great opportunities having exposed front, side and rear elevations. These site opportunities and constraints lead to an interesting play on exposure and privacy which is directly manifest in the building form.
